It helps to label things in the house so each time you see what is labeled you can practice the word. For example, you label your shoes with "zapatos" and "correr," so each time you put on shoes you practice those two words. Or, use sticky notes to label people in family photos with their title (abuela, tía, etc.) and each time you pass the photo you can practice those words.
